Accessibility toolbar - frequently-asked questions

 

To help make our services accessible to all of our members, we have put in place some additional support for those who need it. One of these is our accessibility toolbar.

The accessibility toolbar allows you to customise the website in a way that works best for you. The toolbar can support everyone, but it is particularly helpful if you have visual, hearing, cognitive or neurodivergent needs.

Please read our questions and answers below if you need help using the toolbar.

 

No. The toolbar can be accessed from this website at any time. Just look for a blue circle with the person icon in it, which can be found on the right of your screen.

Just open the toolbar by clicking on the blue circle with the person icon in it and click the option you need. 

You can select more than one option at a time, but you do need to deselect any options if you don’t want to use them anymore.

The accessibility toolbar will remember your preferences for the next time you visit the website. You do not need to do anything. 
There is a ‘reset’ button (located at the bottom of the toolbar) which will clear all of the options you have selected.
To close the toolbar down and turn it off completely you can simply click on the white cross in the top right of the toolbar.
Yes. You will need to re-launch the accessibility toolbar when you visit the website again but it will remember your previously selected preferences.  
Yes. This can be accessed on all operating systems, including mobile devices (Smart phones, iPad and iPhones) and desktops. 
The toolbar can be accessed from anywhere on this website at any time. You can customise how the website looks and functions even if you are not logged into your myFund online account.  
No. The toolbar can be used to customise how the website looks and functions, this does not include PDFs and other links.
