Watch our short video to understand why it's so important to complete a Nomination for your pension...
Life cover is a valuable part of your Fund pension, as it gives you peace of mind that you can look after your loved ones when you die.
If you die while working for the BTP, your beneficiaries could get a share of a cash lump sum
worth four times your final salary.
That’s why it’s very important to fill in your Nomination form – this is how you tell the Fund who you would like to get your death-benefit lump sum. If your nominations aren’t
up to date, payment may be delayed while claims are checked. Your beneficiaries can be one or more people (e.g. family and friends) or a favourite club or charity.
