Delays to annual benefit statements

If you were due to receive an annual benefit statement because it’s the month you were born, it will now be issued by the end of October while we make some improvements.

 

We recently implemented a new annual benefit statement for members, which aims to make the information in the statement clearer and easier to understand.

We have recently identified some further refinements we need to make to ensure the statements are a truly useful tool to help you understand your pension and keep your retirement plans on track. We will complete these changes by the end of October, after which we will issue your statement in the post.

We will upload a digital copy to your online myFund account in October, In the meantime, you can log in to, or register for, your myFund account to get an estimate.

We are sorry that it will take us a bit longer than usual to produce your annual benefit statement, but we believe making these changes will make things clearer for you and better support you with your retirement planning.
