Your newly refined inbox

When you're logged in to your online account, you can view messages about your pension by clicking the bell icon in the top right-hand corner. We've been working on making this easier to use and to navigate, combining both messages and tasks into one tab.

Now, when you go to your inbox, it will look like this:

And when you click on a message, it will look like the above. Messages and tasks are now combined in one tab so you can view messages from the Scheme about your pension and membership as well as complete any task highlighted so you can manage everything in one place. 

Cases have remained as a separate tab, which looks like this:

Lastly, there is a new tab called 'Contact Us', where you can find details of how to get in touch if you have a query about your pension. 

This way you can easily get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.
