Update on pension payments due on 2 January 2026

We are aware that pensioners who were due to receive a pension payment on Friday 2 January 2026 have not yet received it. This payment is now due to be paid into your account on Monday 5 January.

We know that many people rely on their pension and understand the concern and frustration this may cause, so we are very sorry about this. We are urgently investigating what happened.
