Need to contact us? It's now easier and more secure

You can send us a message directly from your myFund account using our new online form.

 

If you have a question about your pension, or you need to send us some information, you can now get in touch with us by completing a contact form in your myFund account.

This allows you to give us all the information we need in one secure place.

How to send us a message
  • Log in to your myFund account.
  • On your dashboard, find the section ‘Need help? Send us a message’ and click ‘Contact us’.
  • Choose the option that best matches your query. You’ll see:

- ‘I’m interested in’ categories (e.g., retirement, transfers, Additional Voluntary Contributions and others).

- ‘I would like to know more about’ sub-options for more detail


We’ll show you some helpful guidance first - this might answer your question straight away. If not, click Next to continue. Complete the actions on this page and click ‘Submit’.

Before you write your message
  • Check the scheme shown at the top of the form. If you’re in more than one scheme, use the scheme switcher to select the right one.
  • Confirm your email address by ticking “Is this information correct?”. If you need to update it, go to My Details under Account Security.
  • If your query relates to something already in progress, select Yes and add any details you have in the Enquiry Details box.
To send your message:
  • Fill in the Enquiry Details box
  • Upload any documents you need to send
  • Click Submit
What happens next?

Once you’ve sent your message, you’ll see a confirmation page.

We aim to respond within 2 weeks, but some requests may take longer.

From the confirmation page, you can:

  • go back to the start to send another message, or
  • continue managing your pension
Why do you need to log in first?

Logging in adds an extra layer of security. You’ve already used two-factor authentication, so we know it’s you. This keeps your pension information safe and ensures everything is sent securely.

We recommend using your myFund account for contacting us - it’s the safest way to share your pension details.
